Defining Sweet Surrender

Daval Hospice provides a supportive program to their clients and their pet(s), to ensure they can stay together as long as possible along the journey.  The Sweet Surrender program offers a variety of services during that journey that will ultimately result in their beloved pet being re-adopted into a kind and loving home with the help of the pet parent at no cost. It is Daval Hospices’ goal by working together with the pet parent to hopefully lessen their worry of what will become of their pet at the time of their death; and to offer a smoother and less stressful transition while the pet grieves their loss.
